Coneflower is a hardy perennial that tolerates heat as long as it is getting adequate water. These showy blooms resemble daisies with pink petals and large, fuzzy, brown centers. Flowers usually come in white, pink, and lavender. but new varieties include orange, yellow and peach! It blooms July through September.
